Cancel at any time! You can cancel the paid subscription at any time, without further commitment or payment. The subscription is managed by Google Checkout. You can log in to your Google account at any time and cancel the subscription.
Existing users or new users If you are an existing user, you can sign up for the Pro service without losing any of your current data or settings. These remain exactly the same. If you revert back to the free service, all your data and settings are preserved. If you are a new user signing up for the Pro service straight-away, should you cancel the subscription to the Pro service, your account will revert to the free service, and your forms will still be able to send emails, naturally without the features and functionality of the Pro service.
